Our support teams
Structured cabling & quality Optic Fibre network builds
Connect Teams
Within Multi-Tenant instances such as gated communities and shopping malls, these teams prepare, splice, and check network connections. The connection is tested using specialised equipment, and the new fibre network is approved. Structured cabling is a secondary focus area that has been and continues to be the connectivity medium that has supported fibre within the standard connectivity space.
Byte-Internal Network Teams
These teams work within the Private Access Plant environment, linking networks from the boundary to the final distribution point in Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH), from the boundary to a Neutral Distribution Point in MDUs, as well as from the Distribution Point to the Panel in Fibre-to-the-Business (FTTB).
Link Teams
Link Teams complete the network from the Multiple dwelling unit to the final termination point (TP). Our expert technicians will prepare, splice, and check network connections in Fibre-to-the-Business (FTTB), security estates, complexes, and shopping Mall environments.
Fusion Teams
Fusion Teams provide combined services of the Connect, Link, and Byte-Internal Network Teams within the FTTH and FTTB environments, including Civil works, Floating, and Splicing. Fusion Teams consist of two cable technicians and three construction technicians who work on smaller civils projects for existing clients and are based at their locations.
